1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing TheQube ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement between you and TheQube Project. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibility

To participate in the Game, you must create an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

TheQube depends on the integrity of our community. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and contribution reversal:

• Use of automated scripts, macros, or "autoclickers".
• Manipulation of network traffic to simulate clicks.
• Reverse engineering the Game client or server protocols.
• Harassment of other players or exploitation of community features.

4. The Winner Selection Process

The Game concludes when the final block at the absolute center of the Cube is removed. The winner is the player who registers the final authorized click on our server.

Verification: The winner must provide the unique verification code generated at the moment of the final click. We reserve the right to audit server logs to ensure the winning click was a legitimate, manual interaction. Decisions of TheQube Project are final.

5. Commercial Use & Advertisements

TheQube displays advertisements via third-party providers such as Google AdSense. By using the service, you agree to the display of these ads. Users are prohibited from using ad-blocking software to bypass the support mechanisms of the Game.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TheQube Project makes no warranties regarding uptime, data persistence, or technical perfection. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.
